Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in curating and crafting garments from a variety of quality fabrics. To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all customers, please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy below.

No refunds

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges only

We are happy to offer exchanges or a price top-up for an item of higher value, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
• Garments must be in their original condition: clean, unwashed, and unworn.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Items must be free from any marks or damage, including but not limited to:

1. 1. Makeup, perfume, deodorant, or sweat stains
   2. Fabric pulls, tears, or burn marks (e.g. from ironing)
   3. Any signs of improper handling or storage
   4. If an item does not meet these conditions, we regret that we will be unable to process an exchange.

Care responsibility

We work with a range of delicate and natural fabrics that require thoughtful care.

Once purchased:

• You are responsible for the maintenance and handling of the garment.
• This includes washing, ironing, and storage as per the care instructions provided.
• We are not liable for damage caused by negligence, incorrect washing, exposure to harsh chemicals, or heat damage from ironing.
• We recommend reviewing and following the fabric care label on each garment to ensure longevity and best wear.

Exchange process

• Eligible items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or higher (with the price difference paid).

• If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit, at our discretion.

• If you have questions or need help choosing a suitable exchange, our team will be happy to assist.
