Shipping Policy
Designs by Ntombam uses reliable third-party service partners for product delivery within South African borders, this aligns with our philosophy of getting your orders to you fast and seamlessly. Your order is only shipped once full payment has been received by Designs by Ntombam and should arrive within 7-14 Days from dispatch (within business days – Monday to Friday).
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your delivery on planned or communicated delivery dates.
Please note that we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately at this point, Designs by Ntombam does not offer returns, as we make our garments specially on all orders, however, we will assist you as best as we can if there are issues we can correct.
Exchanges
Designs by Ntombam does not offer exchanges due to the limited availability of the clothing items listed on the platform and varying price of items listed on our platform.
Refunds
Designs by Ntombam does not offer monetary refunds for any returns. We may offer credit towards similar items, if available.
